Carrying Tulsa's Fire Service History Forward
Throughout Tulsa's history, generations of firefighters have carried forward a tradition of service—protecting lives, property, and the community they call home. Today, a new group is helping carry that legacy forward.
The Torchbearers are the individuals who have made a $1,000 commitment to the Tulsa Fire Museum's Light the Way Campaign, providing the foundational support necessary to prepare the Museum for its future. Their support comes at a defining moment in the Museum's history.
The Light the Way Campaign was established to fund the professional planning necessary to guide the Tulsa Fire Museum's growth. This work includes the Museum's Interpretive Plan, which establishes the stories the Museum will tell and how visitors will experience them, followed by Conceptual Planning that will begin translating that vision into the spaces, galleries, and experiences of a future museum.
Torchbearers are helping make this work possible. Their early support allows the Museum to move forward thoughtfully and responsibly while building the foundation necessary to pursue future grants, partnerships, exhibit development, and expansion.

A PERMANENT PART OF OUR STORY
The Torchbearers' contributions are helping establish the foundation upon which the next chapter of the Tulsa Fire Museum will be built. In recognition of that role, each completed Torchbearer commitment will become part of the Museum's permanent Torchbearer installation. As the Museum grows, this recognition will remain a reminder of those who stepped forward during this pivotal chapter and helped prepare the way for what came next.

THE TORCH IS STILL BURNING
Individuals can join the Torchbearers by completing a $1,000 Light the Way commitment. Contributions may be made at once or fulfilled over time through a pledge.
