The Holiday Market will take place rain or shine. Outdoor vendors should prepare for potentially cold, wet, or windy weather and provide their own weather protection.
Vendors are responsible for setting up, maintaining, and removing their displays and leaving their booth areas clean.
Booth fees are nonrefundable if a vendor cancels or does not attend. If the museum cancels the event, booth fees will be refunded.
Booth locations will be assigned by the Tulsa Fire Museum. Outdoor spaces may be located on grass or paved surfaces.
Outdoor Canopies: All outdoor tents and canopies must be properly secured with a minimum of 40 pounds of weight attached to each leg, or more if required by the manufacturer. Ground stakes are not permitted. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy weights and ensuring their tents, canopies, and displays remain safely secured throughout the event. The Tulsa Fire Museum reserves the right to require removal of any canopy or display deemed unsafe.
Inclement Weather: The Holiday Market will take place rain or shine. However, outdoor vendors may be required to lower or remove their canopies in the event of high winds, severe weather, or other unsafe conditions. Vendor and visitor safety will take priority over continued outdoor operations.
